Wild Frontiers Scheduled Half Day Ngamba Chimpanzee Sanctuary Excursion begins at Entebbe Pier on the mainland and travels by boat to Ngamba Island. Visitors can view either a morning or afternoon feeding of the chimpanzees from the visitors' platform area along the edge of the sanctuary fence, hear an informal talk by sanctuary staff, do kayaking, swimming on the equator, viewing a neighbouring fishing village, fantastic bird watching and other wildlife encounters, or just sunbathe and relax.
