Offered by Fynboshoek, Fynboshoek Cheese Farm Cheese-making Demonstrations provides participants with the unique opportunity to watch and learn how to make a variety of cheese, as well as experience the daily rhythm and routine of the farm. Spread over two days, the cheese-making experience will teach participants to make cheeses such as ricotta, halloumi, cottage cheese as well as yoghurt.
