Big Tree Hiking Trail

The Tsitsikamma Big Tree Hiking Trail is a 1.3-kilometre-long nature trail that takes hikers through a lush forest, to the majestic Big Tree, a towering 36-metre-tall Outeniqua Yellowwood. From the Big Tree, the Ratel Nature Walk follows on, offering either a 2.6km or 4.2km walk through the forest. Both routes are relatively easy, allowing hikers to immerse themselves in nature's tranquil beauty.
