Neil Ellis Winery Pesto and Wine Play

Neil Ellis Winery offers a pesto and wine play experience. Four pestos are to be cross-paired with four single-vineyard designate wine. It’s not a set pairing, and visitors are invited to experiment with the respective pestos and wines and discover their own choice combos. The four pestos are lined up and served with delicious pita bread. Visitors can enjoy Chickpea Curry Pesto, Beetroot & Almond Pesto, Mint & Pecan Nuts Pesto and Kale & Cashew Nuts Pesto. This is a seated wine pairing with 4 pestos and 4 wines of R100 per person.
