Landing at this beautiful wine farm within Stellenbosch, following on from our scenic flight from Cape Town Helicopters hangar at the V&A Waterfront, get ready for a dining experience like no other. This unique restaurant redefines cooking over an open fire by utilizing the raw intensity of the flames both as an ingredient and a technique, enhancing the natural flavors of the finest locally sourced ingredients.
