Bruce's Beauties

Although not quite as consistent as the waves at nearby Jeffrey’s Bay, the celebrated surf at Bruce’s Beauties was immortalised as the “perfect wave” in the classic 1960s surf movie, Endless Summer. Recent years have seen more development but the area retains much of its peacefulness and is never too crowded. In the right conditions, Bruce’s is fast and hollow and can be dangerous when big.
