Elephant Sanctuary Trunk-in-Hand & Elephant Back Ride

The Elephant Sanctuary, situated in Hazyview, South Africa, offers guests a trunk-in-hand and elephant back ride experience. Guests are guided by a fully trained elephant guide through the forest to the sanctuary and stables. The guides share their knowledge and connection with the elephants. Guests are able to touch, feed and interact with the elephants before walking hand-in-trunk with the elephants. Afterward, the guests return to the sanctuary on the backs of the elephants. The sanctuary has a coffee and tea station with a beautiful deck to sit and relax or read, as well as a curio shop.
