Ivanhoe Sea Safaris Shark and Whale Watching Combo offer visitors a thrilling experience in Gansbaai, South Africa. The shark cage dive takes place at Dyer Island. The island is home to a colony of over 50,000 Cape fur seals which is the great white shark’s favourite food and primary source of nutrition. Visitors will enter an eight-man floating cage and get up close to these majestic apex predators which are an endangered species. During whale watching season, June to December, visitors will also have the opportunity to go on a 2-hour boat trip to view whales.
