The Half Day and Full Day Chauffeur Drive option are ideal for those guests that might be on a bit of a budget or who are not interested in the finer details of winemaking, but who would still like to have a fun and interesting day out in the Cape Winelands without having to worry about drinking and driving. The concept of Chauffeur Drive is simple: It is non-guided, although the driver will be loads of fun and will show guests some hidden gems off the beaten track. The driver will, of course, still offer some information, but nothing like what guests can expect to receive on a normal guided tour. Guests will be driven around and will be introduced to the tasting room staff at each wine estate visited. These tasting room staff will then take care of each guest while on that particular estate. During the tour, guests will pay for their own tastings and lunch/snacks.
