Reserve Edge Wild Food Coastal Foraging Workshop

The Reserve Edge Wild Food Private Beach Foraging Workshop & Lunch begins at Scarborough Beach, where participants forage for local edible seaweeds and wild plants. On the beach, they can explore rock pools at low tide and learn how to sustainably harvest and prepare seaweeds and indigenous plants. Afterwards, a four-course wild food lunch is prepared and enjoyed back at The Reserve Edge Wild Food property. With the lunch, guests can enjoy craft beer samples from the brewery and organic wine from Germanier.
