Amanzi Trails River Adventures

Amanzi Trails offers Orange River rafting/canoeing trips for which no previous paddling experience is required. The adventure begins at the Amanzi River Camp and the route follows the river as it meanders through the rugged landscape of the Richtersveld with its fascinating rock formations. Visitors will enjoy the adrenaline-filled challenge of negotiating the white waters of the rapids which are mostly grade 1, and then suddenly entering placid and tranquil waters where keen fishermen will have the opportunity to see if they can catch any of the many fish that populate these waters. At the end point, a vehicle awaits visitors to transport them back to the base camp.
