The experience begins the moment they step out of the vehicle. Guests are welcomed with warm towels to refresh themselves, followed by a cool mocktail. Comfortable seating, shade, friendly staff, and open views create a calm and inviting atmosphere in the middle of the wild.

Ordering is simple. Guests scan a digital menu, select their dishes, and meals reach the table within four minutes. Everything is chef-cooked on-site - crisp salads, flavourful starters, hearty mains, and desserts - with full support for all dietary needs. Lemonade, water, chai, and Tanzanian Arabic coffee are served throughout.

Each location is special: a private site in Tarangire, expansive views in Serengeti–Seronera, and the seasonal beauty of Kogatende. Clean facilities, including the popular “loos with a view,” add comfort to the stop.
