Mushroom Lodge & Presidential House

The day starts with guests meeting their Guides at the Main lodge for morning tea, coffee and light snacks in anticipation of the early morning game drive.

As the morning sun rises over the horizon, guides head out with their guests into the African bush and who knows what to expect? A herd of elephant feeding in the lush vegetation, a pride of lion in the shade of an acacia, or a herd of cautious impala huddled together. The experienced guides will read the previous night’s tracks from an open Safari vehicle and offer knowledgeable advice to inquisitive guests.

After an exciting morning, the fresh aromas of a spectacular breakfast entice guests back to the Lodge.

Guests will now be at leisure, whether an indulgent massage or relaxing at the pool under the African sun, shopping at the Curio store, catching up on some much needed sleep, any number of discoveries await.
