About John Matte Hut
John Matte Hut is ideally located within the Rwenzori Mountains National Park, at an elevation of 3,420 metres in Uganda. Accommodation features a three-bedroom timber structure set on a hill, close to the banks of the Bujuku River. The hut is named after John Matte, the first president of the Mountain Club of Uganda.
