Kikonko Lodge

Kikonko Lodge is located on the escarpment of the Albertine Rift in western Uganda, overlooking Lake Albert and the Blue Mountains of the Democratic Republic of Congo. It lies near Hoima Town and is positioned between Queen Elizabeth National Park and Murchison Falls National Park, with Bugoma Forest and Kabwoya Game Reserve also nearby. The lodge’s cottages feature extra-large windows, wooden verandas, and beds oriented towards the lake, with interiors combining locally sourced materials and contemporary design. Dining is offered across three levels in the main restaurant, complemented by a bar adjacent to the swimming pool. Leisure facilities include a pool, a campsite, and hiking opportunities.
