Serengeti Queens Tented Camp

Welcome to Serengeti Queens tented camp. The camp is in the scenic Kimarishe woodland, surrounded by Acacia trees, just 24 km away from Seronera centre. A safe location to set up our permanent tent and experience the authentic essence of African outdoor living. Our tents overlook the stunning landscape where animals gather at the water hole and bask in the sun. Some will cool themselves in mud while others will search for food. Animals enjoy being in areas where they have a good view, as it reduces stress by allowing them to assess the proximity and actions of potential threats.
 
Our camp is 100% female powered. We welcome all guests at our camp.
 Our camp provides a supportive environment for sisters to share experiences, knowledge, and empower each other to excel in senior positions in the tourism industry. We rely on each other to increase our representation from less than 1% to at least 2% of the total male guide population in 5 years. From housekeeping to guiding, that will be a dream come true for us. Out of 6000 guides, less than 20 are women, and fewer than 10 of them are driving long distances from Arusha to Serengeti and back
