Amaan Bungalows is nestled on the beachfront of Nungwi at the northwestern tip of Zanzibar. There are 86 guest rooms available, including sea view, pool view, deluxe, and garden rooms. The hotel’s design features traditional architecture with local materials, creating a harmonious blend with the natural surroundings. Guests have the pleasure of dining at the restaurant and café, as well as access to hotel amenities like the swimming pool, and can engage in activities including parasailing.

Sea view rooms
The best rooms by far are the Sea View Rooms. The rooms as it explain itself they faces directly to the beautiful Indian Ocean, breeze hits directly to your room and the waves on high tides literally break under your balcony, The rooms come furnished in a Zanzibar style. They have A/C, Ceiling fans and a mini bar. All the Sea view rooms are clean & neat with mosquito nets in all beds, Hair dryer and Electronic safe box.
Pool view rooms
The Pool view rooms: These rooms are located in the front, around our swimming pool area. They have a fantastic balcony where you can sit, enjoy your cocktail and overlook the Indian Ocean also our swimming pool.
The rooms come furnished in a Zanzibar style. They have A/C, Ceiling fans and a mini bar.
Deluxe rooms
The Deluxe rooms are located behind the sea front rooms in 2 rows, facing the gardens. These are bigger rooms which are suitable also for 3 adults. They have big balcony, A/C and Ceiling fan.
Garden view rooms
The Garden View rooms located further away from the beachfront. These are more basic. They all have ceiling fans, mosquito nets in all beds, Hair dryer and Electronic safe box.. a balcony overlooking the garden,
