About Lamai Private
Strung around the bottom of the boulder-bound Serengeti base, Lamai Private is beautifully hidden among the rocks of Kogakuria Kopje, next to Lamai Serengeti, and only a few kilometres from where the wildebeest cross the Mara River. Designed to be a haven of luxury and relaxation, the camp offers five spacious rooms that feature a veranda and an en-suite bathroom with running hot and cold water, During their stay, visitors can go game-viewing with highly trained guides, go on bush-walks, and during the migration season, the infamous Mara River where the wildebeest cross is a short 4X4-drive away. The base camp is a comfortable space to return to after a day out with large timber decks, a swimming pool and a central lounge for get-togethers. The area around the camp is great for photography enthusiasts offering lots of opportunities to photograph the wildlife and birds.
