Empakaai Fly Camp

Located on the rim of Empakaai Crater in the Ngorongoro highlands, guests can enjoy an exclusive view into the crater from this fly camp. The camp is truly far from the crowds and beyond the end of the road from Karatu and Arusha, where the only way to explore beyond this point is on foot. Stay in simple canvas dome tents with bedrolls, duvets and pillows. A shared toilet tent and shared shower tent are available at the camp, and towels and bedding are provided. Meals are cooked over the campfire and eaten outdoors unless there is rain, in which case there is a mess tent.
