Immerse yourself in all that is on offer. Your privacy is ensured with the nearest neighbour at least 80m away. The days are long, languid. Times passes gently with the constant, slow movement of animals. You look up from your book and gaze at a zebra grazing in front of you. A few pages later some graceful giraffe drift to the watering hole. Your suite invites an unhurried experience. Immersed in your surroundings all you have to do is look and listen as it unfolds in front of you.

The family unit is made up of two tented bedroom suites. Family groups are catered for with a full suite connected by a small wooden bridge to a vintage-style tented room (50 m²) with its own indoor shower. It can sleep up to three children and two adults. Connected by a wooden bridge, there is one tent with the main bedroom area and the second annex tent has two single beds for children.

Ponya: Our specially designed ‘Ponya’ (meaning ‘to heal’ in Swahili) breakfast, lunch and dinner menus spotlight health-centric dishes made from nutrient-rich, freshly sourced ingredients (including herbs from our garden).

Enjoy lunch, dinner or sundowners in the lodge’s al fresco dining areas or the privacy of your tented suite’s verandah (weather dependent).

Picnic breakfasts or lunches can be packed in hampers for full-day activities. We also pack hampers for morning coffee stops and sundowners.

Gather for a bush breakfast beneath immersed in the wilderness. Enjoy a steaming hot drink and sit at the table, where you’ll be served a hot breakfast cooked on-site by our chefs.

Swap the lodge setting for an intimate lantern-lit dinner in the bush. Here, you’ll swap stories around the campfire before tucking into a special multi-course Middle Eastern-inspired feast cooked on-site in our bespoke mobile Land Rover kitchen. Included in stays of 4 nights or more or available at an additional cost.
