About Serengeti Plains Camp
With eight elegant safari tents, the camp lies in the Eastern Serengeti, an area known for big cats including a melanistic (black) serval and the region’s largest cheetah population. The Great Migration moves through the region on its annual journey to the nutrient-rich grasslands of the southern plains.
The area is a wildlife photographer’s paradise and much less crowded than elsewhere in the legendary national park. Serengeti Plains Camp beckons those who seek the rustic romance of a bygone safari with the remote comforts and convenience of the modern era.
