Self-catering tented camp in the tradition of the great rest camps of yesteryear. Relax in your modern, luxurious self-catering safari tent overlooking the lake at Mandalay Farm, near Wilderness, on South Africa's Garden Route coast. It's your base from where you can explore the attractions and enjoy all the things to do in the Wilderness, Sedgefield, and Knysna sections of the Garden Route National Park, and in Mossel Bay (about 50 km to the West), Plettenberg Bay (80 km to the East), and Oudtshoorn and the Klein Karoo (north of us, and across the Outeniqua Mountains). This is mountain biking country and it's also a great destination for birding, walking and hiking, horse riding, motor bike touring, canoeing, scenic drives ... and just relaxing.

COTTAGE 7
Open plan kitchen lounge. Farm cottage overlooking the farm fields. Two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Not at the dam and tents. Guests may use full amenities at the Lapa at no extra charge. The farm cottage is not part of the tented camp.
