The house overlooks the golf course and is about 600m from the Vaalriver. Inside the perimeters of the estate numerous outdoor activities can be done in a safe, tranquil environment. Rolo sports house is ideal for families and friends. It has a huge entertainment area with a build in braai, covered patio and a pool table. 4 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. The swimming pool area has another bathroom in an area that can be enclosed to assist with a child friendly environment.
Fully equipped open plan kitchen, with a microwave, gas stove, dish washer, fridge, washing machine and tumble drier. The main bedroom has a queen size bed + sofa. The other 3 bedrooms have 2*3/4 beds each. All of the bedrooms have a dressing table that can be used as a working station if required. Each bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the golf course. Small dogs can be allowed provided that it is approved before entry. Strictly a no noise policy. This house is situated amongst other residential houses hence a no disturb policy at all hours will be applicable.
