It has a covered Verandah in front and at the back, with a built in Barbecue/braai area with private garden. The House is Completely Air conditioned. There is a 32" flat screen TV with surround sound and Cable/satellite. There is also a DVD,CD system. There is also a lock-up garage with automatic Door and entrance into the house directly from the Garage. House is fully serviced on a daily basis at no additional charge.

Maximillian's is a newly built double storey house. The house contains three double bedrooms that each open onto their own upstairs Verandah. The ground floor is open plan with a lounge, dining room & full kitchen.
