About Frog Mountain Getaway
We, the new owners of Frog Mountain would like to welcome you to our beautiful secluded paradise in the Langeberg Mountains near Swellendam. Our farm offers an array of self-catering accommodation for small or large groups, also the perfect setting for a big celebration. Tucked away at the end of a farm road, yet only 18km from the historic town of Swellendam, you will feel miles from anywhere, be utterly steeped in nature, green, peace and quiet. For passionate nature lover's like us, the farm offers so many exciting things to do!
Explore and swim in the waterfalls and rock pools, canoe on the Buffeljags River which runs through our farm, fish on the dam, bring your bike and take a morning ride through the valley. Abundant Bird-watching, hiking, biking, foefie-sliding that will keep the kids excited for hours, a children's play area with a jungle gym, swimming, mini-soccer field etc. We have our own historic barn where you can relax with a game of table tennis and pool. Braai and relax on your stoep and soak in the song of the frogs and be dazzled by the miraculous milky-way. We cant wait for you to be touched by this piece of paradise.
