About Willinga Lodge

All seven of our suites are built utilising the views to the maximum, whilst maintaining your privacy, five thatch suites and two newer very spacious suites. Each suite has its own private entrance. All suites have a fridge, and a kettle including coffee and tea making facilities. There are braais on the terraces of the suites.

A large outside Jacuzzi is located under the trees overlooking the dam, and is available to all guests. A salt-water rock-pool, with stunning views of the mountains, and a thatched lapa overlooking the dam is located next to one of the braai areas.

The tropical garden has a collection of more than 20 varieties of hibiscus. Because of this you can observe the sunbirds feeding on the flowers.

A general lounge with a fireplace for winter, and a TV (Mnet and DSTV for those who can't do without their sports fix) is also available to all guests. Gourmet kitchen available for self catering.

The breakfast area leads out onto a large sun deck with an uninterrupted view of the dam and the surrounding mountains.

Bali Suite
The Bali Suite is decorated in a tropical look with queen-size bed. The lounge area has a ceramic fireplace. The 2-seater spa bath in the en-suite bathroom overlooks the tropical garden. Through the French doors is a private patio with braai and views.
Green Bird Suite
The Green Bird Suite has a majestic queen-size bed, full en-suite bathroom with shower and bath, ceramic fireplace. A hospitality tray and fridge are provided, and a braai can be held on the terrace.
Island Suite
The Island Suite has a private terrace, with an outside shower and braai. The queen-size bed is draped with a romantic mosquito net. A 2-seater Jacuzzi-bath overlooks the dam and a ceramic fireplace is built in for colder nights.
Lombok Suite
The romantic Lombok Suite overlooks the pool & Hartbeespoort Dam. French doors open onto a terrace under the trees, with a braai. There is a queen-size 4-poster bed and lounge area with ceramic fireplace. The 2-seater spa bath has a magnificent view.
Palm Suite
Hidden behind waving palms and over the waterfall the Palm Suite is decorated in Indonesian style with a queen-size bed. The suite overlooks the dam and has a 2-seater private Jacuzzi-bath with a view, and a fireplace is built in for colder nights.
Yellow Grape Suite
The Yellow Grape Suite has twin beds (which can become a king-size bed) and a full en-suite bathroom, with a bath and shower. A fridge and hospitality tray are provided. The braai is on a private terrace, and on a clear day you can see forever.
Lovina Family Room
The Lovina Suite is a large family suite comprising of queen-size bed plus loft area with 2 single beds. There is a lounge with fireplace & reading corner, plus en-suite bathroom with bath, handheld shower & bidet. The view from the deck is wonderful.
Cabana Family Room
This cosy room has a queen-size bed and a single bed, and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. This room contains a ceiling fan, a sitting area, and a tea and coffee station.
Gili Suite
This Bali-themed suite boasts high thatched ceilings and overlooks the dam as well as the mountain. The suite has a king-size bed, a relaxed seating area, an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
