About Ostrich Manor
The Ostrich Manor is a villa built in 1920 and can accommodate up to 12 people in 4 hotel rooms. Outside the Manor there is an other 4 person room, 5 triple-layer tents which can accommodate 2 persons and a self-catering Family Rondavel for 4.
Surrounded by bushveld and gardens with a variety of wild life, Ostrich Manor is a lodge located at the Silkaatsnek Nature Reserve on the foothills of the Magaliesberg mountain range in Hartbeespoort

Ostrich Family Room
Two single beds, bunk bed in a separate room, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, settee, coffee and tea facilities and terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Surrounded by bushveld and gorgeous views you will relax in this beautiful setting.
Elephant Family Room
Guesthouse room outside the Manor with double bed, bunk bed in a separate space, bathroom with shower and separate toilet, settee with coffee and tea facilities and a private terrace. Surrounded by bush veld and gorgeous views you will relax.
Gemsbuck Family Room
The Gemsbuck Room contains two twin beds (or king size bed). With an inter-leading room, bunk bed, bathroom, shower, bath and a settee with coffee and tea facilities. Surrounded by bush veld and gardens with a variety of wild birds.
Romantic Room
Our Zebra Honeymoon Suite has a King size bed, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, dining table, large cupboards and a terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Surrounded by bush veld and gorgeous views you will relax in this beautiful setting.
African Chalet
Our self-catering African Chalet is a round open planned chalet & contains a queen bed, dining table, shower, vintage bath, separate toilet and kitchenette. Outside is the private terrace overlooking the bushveld with a fireplace / braai.
Safari Tent
Our Safari Tents contain 2 single beds, wooden terrace with a view of the Magaliesberg Biosphere Reserve and communal bathrooms with showers and toilet (ladies / gents separately).
Partridge Room
This room is located inside the colonial villa with a private bathroom and separate toilet. It features a double bed, cupboard, mini fridge and easy access to the pool and braai facilities. Surrounded by bush veld and gardens with a variety of wild birds.
Double Rondavel
Our self-catering Double Rondavel contains 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. It also has a lounge area with 2x bunk beds in the lounge. Kitchen with dining table and living room, shower & toilet. Outside is the private terrace overlooking the bushveld.
