About Magaliesberg Adventure Lodge
Magaliesberg Adventure Lodge is nestled at the foothills of the Magaliesberg Mountain range, in the picturesque valley of Hekpoort.
Less than an hour’s drive from both Johannesburg and Pretoria, 20 minutes from Hartebeespoort Dam, and situated in the Cradle of Humankind, a World Heritage Site, both local and international travellers are spoilt for choice with things to do and places to visit in the area.
The Lodge can best be described as an intimate, upmarket Traveller’s Lodge or Backpackers, with communal home-cooked dinners, and evenings around the campfire getting to know your fellow travellers.
Dormitory:
The dormitory has a private bathroom and can accommodate six guests, in 3-quarter double bunks. Chiro-posture mattresses, to ensure a great night's sleep. Individual power points and reading lights are available. Linen, free Breakfast-on-the-Go and free WiFi provided. Guests are advised to bring their own towels.

Two three-quarter beds with chiro-posture mattresses for superior comfort.

The family room comes with two comfortable and spacious three-quarter beds with chiro-posture mattresses, and two three-quarter bunk beds.
Ideal for a family of 4, or people travelling as a group.
En-suite bathroom with shower, and own private veranda.
Enjoy the luxury of your own room, with all the daily comforts one needs.
Self-Catering Cottage:
This self-catering cottage has two bedrooms and a private bathroom. Room 1 has a comfortable double bed while the second is furnished with two three-quarter beds. Available in this unit is a built-in safe and linen. Free Breakfast-on-the-Go and WiFi are included. Guests are advised to bring their own towels. A maximum of four guests can be accommodated in the cottage.

This cottage is a stand-alone unit with two bedrooms (double and twin) and full bathroom. Fully equipped self-catering kitchen and private outdoor braai. Linen provided, please bring own towels.
