About Makoppas Nest River Lodge
Makoppas Nest River Lodge is surrounded by privately owned game reserves, and features luxury chalets, a conference centre, fully licensed restaurant, and a cosy bar. The ranch hosts a lot of species of game, including giraffe, zebra, kudu, gemsbok, crocodile, and leopard. There are also African bird species such as the fish eagle, saddle billed stork, kori bustard and crimson breasted shrike.
Makoppas Nest offers accommodation in fully equipped self-catering chalets on the bank of the river. Each chalet features a veranda from where you can enjoy the peaceful and beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
