Makhato 84 Bush lodge is located in the Sondela Nature Reserve in the Limpopo Province, which is just outside the town of Bela-Bela. Makhato is approximately 90 minutes from Johannesburg International Airport and Sandton. Our Lodge is one of the few units where the view is undisturbed and with the perk of having no neighbours close by, you can enjoy the peace and calm of the bushveld. Sondela offers a variety of wild life interaction, nature walks and quad safaris. At Makhato 84 you are guaranteed to see njalas, impala, giraffe, blouwildebeest, zebra, warthog, meerkat and a few bird species too.
