We are conveniently located just off the N11 near the Grobler’s Bridge / Martin’s Drift Border post in the heart of the Northern Bushveld of Limpopo Province. Whether you’re here for a quick stopover on your way to Botswana, a guest at a wedding, on business in the area, or just here for a visit away from the city make Baobab Lane Lodge you’re home away from home.

This famous Baobab Driveway was planted in 1933 and has become well known throughout South Africa. It has been featured in several books about the trees of Southern Africa and they have even been featured in a few folk songs. Almost a century ago the “mother tree” was used as the local post office, and for decades this site has been an annual stopover point for travelers.
