Abelana Game Reserve

The Abelana Game Reserve is a 15,000 hectare Big Five game reserve located nearby the town of Phalaborwa. The reserve is set adjacent to the Greater Kruger National Park and the Selati Game Reserve. The reserve offers rooms at the Makubu Lodge and camping at the Abelana Safari Camp in Meru-style tents. Guestrooms feature en-suite facilities, air conditioning, a minibar, and an additional outside shower while tents include a shower and comfortable living environments. Both accommodation options provide offer guests activities, including guided game drives and guided morning walking safaris or bush walks.
