Set under the majestic Willow Slopes cliffs surrounded be rolling green lawns, this spectacular lodge built in 2013 and maintaining the estate’s Colonial architectural style, is the ideal place to relax when not on a safari adventure. You have a choice of 4 chalets, all equipped with air-conditioning and attached bathrooms. Alternatively you can book the two-bedroom main house for a home atmosphere and experience.

Clifton Manor
With its foundation dating back to 1774, this is surely one of the historical marvels of the Great Karoo area, if not South Africa. Emphasis has been laid on keeping the original style of this gem of a homestead with large spacious rooms looking out onto the majestic lawns surrounding the Estate and gardens. Andries Pretorius, one of the most well-known pioneers of the 1800’s called Clifton Manor home before joining the migration in 1838.

Clifton Main House
Slightly more modern than its historical neighbour, this lodge offers open living areas with a relaxed ambiance.Walk out of the entertainment area, after a game of Snooker on our full-sized table dating back to 1911, and dive into the sparkling pool on a warm summers day. Or enjoy a soothing massage in the adjoining Spa.

Willowslopes
Willow Slope Game Farm is the perfect location for your dream holiday. The idyllic farm Willow Slope lies among the Camdeboo National Park and is not far away from the Clifton Game Farm. The farm is divided into a main house and a guest house and can accommodate 12 people. The bedroom and bathroom are shared by both houses, two double rooms with bathroom in the main house and four double rooms with bathroom in the guest house. The interior of the farm is rustic and is dominated by natural materials, especially stone, wood and leather. The luxurious, lovingly and detailed facility completes the overall concept. The spacious living area with open fireplace and surround sound system gives room to escape from everyday stress. The spa area offers pleasant massages or a sauna session to calm down. For sports the adjacent gym is the best choice. The pool with stunning view into the distance is ideal for lazy afternoons. Enjoy a drink from the hotel bar on the sunlit terrace and watch the passing animals. The vastnesses of the national park can be explored by jeep and a Ranger.

With 4 comfortable rooms, this lodge will feel like your own home in the middle of Africa. You have the opportunity to enjoy your own barbecue around the pool if you do not want to dine as usual from our delicious cuisine.
