The Farmhouse itself is unique in its splendour, the corrugated iron roof and oregon pine doors and antique pieces of furniture are a delight, the rooms nestled away in the property with their adjoining courtyards, are unique. As are the collection of antiques, memorabilia and period pieces, which are conversation pieces in their own right.
The Farmhouse Linden boasts nine exquisite and tastefully-designed rooms, each individually furnished in their own unique style, with an eclectic mix of old and new furniture and decor.
Then there are the gardens, which are truly a sight to behold. Magnificent old Jacaranda trees, pergolas, water features and a proliferation of African bird life, and trellises bursting with roses, delight the senses and take you on a multitude of journeys. When sitting in the garden it is hard to believe that you are in the heart of Johannesburg. It feels as though you are a million miles from the CBD, yet you are only 15 minutes away from both Sandton and Johannesburg.
