Our spacious and comfortably appointed en-suite rooms, most with private entrances, lounge- and study area are ideally suited to both business and leisure travellers. The lounge, patio, sparkling pool and shady garden are all at the disposal of our guests wishing to relax in secluded privacy.

Hoopoe
Named after the Hoopoe bird. The room has a Queen bed with a direct entrance onto the patio and swimming pool. It has an en-suite shower bathroom. Standing fans in rooms. Free Wi-Fi on the entire property.
Hadida
Hadida room overlooks the pool, garden, and the Sand River. It has a bathroom en-suite combination bath and shower. You can hear the Hadidas call early morning and see them on the lawn digging with their long beaks for worms and crickets.
The Sands
Named after the Sand River, this modern room has a perfect view of the river, our spacious garden, and a sparkling pool.
This very spacious room is elegantly decorated in natural tones. En-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower
Noka
A Sotho word that means "River" This room has a direct outlook on the Sands River. It is one of our Luxury rooms with a Queen size bed with en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and bath.
Garden
A luxury bright and friendly room with a Super King Size bed that can be converted to twin beds. It has an en-suite shower bathroom and you have a private entrance onto the patio and swimming pool and garden. Entire unit located on the ground floor.
Serenity
1 Queen size bedroom with full kitchen, very large bathroom with shower only. Working space in the room with fast internet. Free Wi-Fi on the entire property.
