About Kiwara Guesthouse
Welcome to Kiwara Guesthouse, a charming accommodation establishment situated in the peaceful suburb of Northcliff, Johannesburg. Personally managed by the owners, Kiwara offers comfortable accommodation, warm hospitality and a home-away-from-home atmosphere.
The property offers six individually themed en-suite guesthouse rooms and five self-catering apartments.
Our guesthouse rooms are ideal for short stays and include air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, Full DStv, tea and coffee facilities, gowns, slippers, daily room servicing and daily top-up of room and bathroom amenities. These rooms are bookable for one-night stays.
Our self-catering apartments are ideal for longer stays and include Wi-Fi, fans, wall-panel heating in the lounge, kitchenette facilities, cooking facilities, microwave, cutlery, streaming TV with Netflix, and solar backup for the TV and essential lights. Please note that the self-catering apartments do not have air-conditioning. A minimum stay of three nights applies.
Breakfast is available at an additional fee by prior arrangement. Housekeeping for the self-catering apartments is also available at an additional fee.
Guests can enjoy secure on-site parking and access to our rooftop garden, offering a peaceful space to relax or unwind.

Family Room is equipped with 2 x Queen sized beds and also has a kitchen nook with a microwave and single induction cooker plate should you wish to prepare something small. A shared balcony with outside patio furniture to enjoy the outdoors.

Room inspires your imagination with its Rome decor and all fixtures are specially handcrafted to enhance the warmth of this room.This room is suitable for 2 adults. Enjoy the shower for 2 or relax in the sandstone Roman inspired bathtub.
Petite Comfort
This smaller room is very unique with a modern open bath, in addition to the en-suite bathroom.You will find everything that you will need, from the working station to the mini-bar and coffee station, tucked away in the modern headboard of this room.
Vintage Elegance
With a Vintage inspired theme, The room is furnished with a Double XL four poster bed and accommodates 2 Adults. The rich feel of yellow and red copper is seen throughout the room and will even
be found in the bathroom and an outdoor balcony.
Spacious Deluxe
Whether you need to put in a few extra hours of work or reply all those emails, you can do that all comfortably and relax in the spa bath of the en-suite bathroom. Unit has its own entrance close from the parking bays. This room accommodates 2 adults.
Touch of Japan
All decor is Asian inspired and is complemented by the "floating" Queen Size bed.This room can also be booked together with its neighboring room African Sunset, should you be an extended party or family, since these two rooms can easily be connected.
