Dunton Guest House is a beautiful 4-star-graded B&B offering both short & long stays in the leafy suburb of Rivonia, Sandton.

Surrounded by gorgeous gardens & water features, our 8 Suites, 2 Self-catering Suites & 4 Apartments provide a tranquil sanctuary after a busy day in Joburg.

The excellent location makes travelling here convenient; a few minutes away from the major freeways, in a secure, boomed-off area within walking distance
to several restaurants, business centres and shops. The Sandton Gautrain Station is 15 minutes away; and it takes 14 minutes for the Gautrain to reach Oliver Tambo International Airport. Guests frequently use the convenient Uber transfer service as well.

There is complimentary Wi-Fi (fibre) throughout the property, as well as free on-site parking & a back-up generator.

All Suites are serviced daily and boast a flat-screen TV with satellite television, coffee/tea facilities, air conditioning, stocked mini-bar fridge, hairdryer and private bathroom with a bath & separate shower. Free toiletries are provided. All Suites have a balcony, patio or garden.

Dunton Guest House has 6 Deluxe Suites with their own private balconies. All rooms are serviced daily and have a private entrance, spacious en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower as well as coffee/tea facilities. Each room also has its very own DSTV decoder with over 25 channels, and a stocked mini-bar fridge.
Self-Catering Suites
Dunton Guest House also offers Self-Catering accommodation. There are two Self-Catering suites with a King-Size bed, wood-burning fireplace, lounge, flat-screen TV, kitchen, dining area and private patio. These suites are serviced daily and have a private entrance, spacious en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower. Each room also has its very own DSTV decoder with over 25 channels, and a stocked mini-bar fridge.
First Floor Apartment - 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom
Our beautiful First Floor Apartment is modern, sunny and spacious. It has a Juliette balcony overlooking the garden & fountain. This apartment is kitted with a 40 inch flat screen TV with an Explorer Decoder with a full DSTV package. It is ideal for a long-term stay, but is also currently available for short stays.
Standard Suites
Dunton Guest House has two Standard Suites which are serviced daily. Each suite has its own little garden with a private entrance, en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower as well as coffee/tea facilities. Each room also has its very own DStv decoder with over 25 channels, and a stocked mini-bar fridge.
Deluxe Suite
The Deluxe Suites have their own private balcony, King-Size bed, spacious en-suite bathroom with a large bath and separate shower, as well as coffee/tea facilities. Each room is serviced daily and is kitted with an air conditioner, DStv decoder, a flat screen TV and a stocked mini-bar fridge.
Standard Suite
The Standard Suites have their own private garden, Queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower, as well as coffee/tea facilities. Each room is serviced daily and is kitted with an air conditioner, DStv decoder, a flat screen TV and a stocked mini-bar fridge.
Self-Catering Suite
The Self-Catering suites have their own private patio, King-Size bed, wood-burning fireplace, lounge, kitchen, dining area and spacious en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower.
