COVID-19 - Compliance

The Apartment is a totally self contained unit, occupied during stays only by the guest booking it. There is no interaction with any other guests or persons, staff or management unless for an optional service.

Servicing is done prior to arrival when the whole unit is sanitized & during the stay once a week. Staff are monitored for symptoms & will wear a mask, gloves, & be provided with disinfectant for all services, floors & fittings for the service. Only one cleaner will occupy the apartment to service. The service will be done efficiently & quickly as to not disturb the guest. No one else will have access into the apartment during the stay.
