Idle & Wild Guest House and Cottages is located between Hazyview and Sabie in Mpumalanga on the R536. At Idle & Wild you can listen to the fish eagles calling as you unwind in secluded and spacious African thatched rondavels and cottages. Soak up the warmth of the sun around the pool or pamper yourself in the sauna. Honeymoon rondavels have spa baths, ideal for a romantic getaway. All have their own kitchenette and barbeque. Idle & Wild is on a macadamia farm in the sub-tropical Sabie River valley, perfectly located for the Kruger Park and Blyde River Canyon. Restaurants nearby. Birding, hiking, fishing, river rafting and quad trails on site. Free WiFi hot spot | Children welcome | German spoken

Rondavels

Each Rondavel, has two ¾ size beds, shower en suite, semi-kitchenette equipped with a bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery & private veranda overlooking the garden. Each has its own braai (BBQ) area.

Honeymoon Rondavels

Each have a queen-size bed, private spa-bath, shower en suite, air-Conditioner & semi-kitchenette equipped with a bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery. A private Braai (BBQ) facility ideal for the evenings you want to spend alone

Cottage

Our cottage is ideal to accommodate four people. Main bedroom has a queen size bed & bathroom en suite. Bedroom upstairs has two single beds & shower en suite. Open plan lounge with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. Private veranda & braai facilities

Sunbird Room

Adjoined to Main House with open plan room, queen size bed, bath en suite, air-Conditioner, lounge with TV(Sabc) semi-kitchenette. Separate small room with bunk beds, toilet & basin. 2 Entrances, 1 close to reception & other to private courtyard with BBQ

Fish Eagle Room

Adjoined to the Main house, it's a large room with 2 single beds side by side. Bathroom en suite with bath & shower, air-Conditioner, lounge area with TV( Sabc) & semi-Kitchenette. 2 Entrances, 1 close to reception & other to private courtyard with braai

Honeymoon(TWIN) Rondavel 6

This Rondavel has 2xsingle beds side by side (or KING), private spa-bath, shower en suite, Ceiling Fan & semi-kitchenette equipped with a bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery & private verandah & Braai area, with views over valley
