WELCOME TO HAZYVIEW ADVENTURE BACKPACKERS
Your gateway to the Kruger National Park and the wonders of the Lowveld

Hazyview Adventure Backpackers offers the best value for low- and medium-cost accommodation in the heart of South Africa’s spectacular Lowveld region

Conveniently situated just 17km from the world-renowned Kruger National Park, we’re a short hop to ‘Big Five’ territory, and the perfect vacation base or overnight stop-over if you’re exploring the scenically breath-taking Panorama route and surrounds.

Set within an idyllic, deeply shaded, and cool oasis of greenery, our sustainably built and eco-wise range of accommodation includes tastefully appointed en-suite chalets, wooden cabins, roofed dome-tents (each with private veranda and braai area), 5-sleeper and 7-sleeper family cabins, travellers’ dormitory, and camping.

We specialize in off-the-beaten-track adventure safaris and organize unforgettable family and group excursions to the Lowveld’s premier adventure and safari destinations.
Our eco-wise plunge pool (heaven in the heat), African boma, bar, pool table, gorgeous sunset deck, forested gardens, and our kind-hearted, genuinely warm staff, all enhance and complete your authentic, affordable African experience.
