Villa Serruria’s ground floor features beautiful open plan living areas and two guest bedrooms. The kitchen is a sociable space and fully equipped. There is a lounge and dining area to one side of the kitchen and a TV lounge to the other, opening out onto the patio. The comfortable lounge has a wood burning fireplace, offering a cozy space on chilly days and nights.
Upstairs has a central TV lounge area, creating a convenient play area for children. There are loft style bedrooms off either side of the lounge. The beautiful gardens overlook a wine and equestrian estate. The outside area features two barbecues, a seating area and a heated swimming pool with electronic cover, a trampoline and a sandpit.

Upstairs there is a central TV lounge which makes for a perfect play area for children. There are loft-style bedrooms off either side of this lounge, one with a Queen-size bed and adjacent bathroom and one with a King-size bed and open plan bathroom.
