About Gooding's Groves Olive Farm
Surrounded by mountains and olive trees in the beautiful Franschhoek Valley is Gooding's Groves Olive Farm and guest house. Situated three kilometers from the centre of the Franschhoek, the recently restored manor house built in the Cape Victorian style as a Provencal farmhouse.
Here you can relax in the comfort of any one of our eight en-suite guest rooms, self-catering units or free standing self-catering Villa. Each room has an outside entrance, upstairs rooms with balcony and breathtaking views of the Drakenstein, Franschhoek and Wemmershoek Mountains.
Enter the warm embrace of the lounge/library and reception room with roaring log fire in winter. In summer the high-ceilings in the dining room with folding glass doors opens out on to a shaded patio with our signature view over the vineyards on the mountain ranges.
Gooding's Groves offers a bed and breakfast experience with a personal touch typical of the Franschhoek way of life.

The Manor House
King/queen beds. The upstairs suites have Juliette balconies, double-height ceilings & exposed beams and semi-private patio areas while the downstairs rooms have private terrace or courtyard areas, views on 2 sides and stunning views.
The Cottage
one double bedroom, a private en-suite and a separate living room/kitchenette and dining room. The Cottage boasts double height ceilings in the living room/kitchen, charming exposed red brick and a small private garden area to the front & rear.
The Barn
“The Barn” is comprised of 2 studio-style suites which are larger sized rooms benefitting living room/seating areas and dining tables. They have access to the terrace area over-looking the pond and olive groves, and stunning views over the mountains.
