About The Roundhouse Guesthouse

Housed in a circular building with a thatched roof, the Roundhouse is a guesthouse in Gansbaai. The ground floor offers three large luxury suites. Two of these suites, the Cetecea and Astacus, are semi-circular, while Pinnepedia is square in shape. Some suites feature coral stone cladding, while others feature stone-carved artwork in the lounge areas. The 1st floor consists of the Carcharias suite, kitchen and office. The top floor is where guests enjoy breakfast, a couple of drinks and pure relaxation. The entire top floor is one big room with a projector screen where guests are welcome to watch sports, movies and more. The outside deck is where guests will find the 8-seat Jacuzzi. Relax with a glass of wine whilst watching the sunset over the ocean. There's 1 room and five suites, all offering free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The suites add separate living spaces and kitchenettes, and 1 includes a whirlpool tub and a balcony with ocean views. There are also two self-catering cottages with kitchens. Additional amenities include a rooftop hot tub, an outdoor pool, a barbecue area, and a game room with a pool table and table tennis. Shark-diving and whale-watching outings can be arranged.

The Astacus suite is a luxury unit consisting of a bedroom, lounge and bathroom. The bedroom sleeps two adults comfortably in either a King or twin beds. The lounge has TV (Satellite), stereo, coffee & tea facilities, mini bar and Free WIFI.
Cetecea Suite
The Cetecea suite is a luxury unit consisting of a bedroom, lounge and bathroom. The bedroom sleeps two adults comfortably in either a King or twin beds. The lounge has TV (Satellite), stereo, coffee & tea facilities, mini bar and Free WIFI.
Pinnepedia
The Pinnepedia Suite is our standard suite with lounge with seating for 4, TV (Satellite), mini bar, free WIFI and coffee & tea facilities. The bedroom has King Sized bed / twin beds & ensuite bathroom with bath & Shower.
Carcharias Suite
The Carcharias suite is our best suite consisting of a bedroom, lounge and bathroom. Plasma TV (Satellite), private balcony, jet spa corner bath & King bed / twin beds. Also can be rented as a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms.
Chordata Suite
One of our Standard Suites at the Roundhouse with Free WIFI, DSTV, King / Twin Beds, Bath & Shower and access to the Rooftop Jacuzzi.
Carcharias 2
Carcharias 2 is our budget room. The room has tea / Coffee with free WIFI, DSTV (Hotel Package). The bathroom has a bath & shower and there is access to the rooftop Jacuzzi.
The Dunes
The Dunes house is a lovely 3 bedroom self-catering house with stunning views of Walker Bay. The house has an indoor and outdoor Braai, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Not pet friendly
