About Bateleur Mobile Camp

The 3500 hectare Bateleur property is located in the heart of the world renowned Timbavati Private Nature Reserve, an exceptional safari location. All artificial barriers between the Timbavati and the adjacent Kruger National Park have been removed and the Bateleur property itself shares unfenced borders with Kruger.

<p>

Bateleur Mobile Camp in the Timbavati Reserve is ideal for people looking for a rustic safari experience and an unparalleled up-close & personal encounter with the real African bush & wildlife in a prolific Big 5 area. Many people who want to experience BMC are travelling alone or in 2’s or 3’s, which makes the group rates for 4-18 people unpalatable. Bateleur now offers regular set-departure safaris that will allow singles, couples and small groups to experience this incredible safari product at fixed rates that are very affordable per person. Each set-departure safari is 3 nights / 4 days in duration with a maximum of 8 people in order to maximize the exclusivity and quality of the experience. We do not charge single supplements and can accommodate up to 8 clients per safari.
