About Traveller's Rest
Located in Cederberg, South Africa, Traveller's Rest is 34 kilometres from Clanwilliam on the Wupperthal road, over the spectacular Pakhuis Pass, in an area with ruggedly beautiful landscapes and fascinating rock formations.
Traveller's Rest offers 29 cottages in total, spread over a vast area in wide open settings. All cottages have fireplaces for cold winter evenings and electric fans for hot weather. All kitchens are equipped with cutlery and crockery, fridges, two-plate stoves, kettles and microwaves.
Bed linen and towels are provided and an outdoor braai area (barbecue) completes the picture. A shared swimming pool near the river and the restaurant brings relief after a hot day.
