Assegai Rest, in the foothills of the Langeberg mountains, is in the Klaasvoogds Valley only 180km from Cape Town. The farm-stay offers a variety of guest accommodation, and with the focus on living close to nature without sacrificing comforts, guests can look forward to a relaxed and peaceful getaway.

With the Robertson Wine Valley as it's backdrop, the property is perfectly positioned to feel "away from it all", but close enough to loads of fun activities, great restaurants and world class wine estates,

The farm is owned and run by Jackie & Andre and we look forward to sharing our space and creativity.

The family friendly camp has 1 Large TiPi, sleeping up to 5. The camp has a kitchen equipped for self-catering, shower unit and outside braai. A short walk away is the bathroom block & each camp has their own private bathrooms, no sharing ablutions.
Paws TiPi
The family friendly camp has 2 Large TiPi’s, sleeping up to 9. The camp has a kitchen equipped for self-catering, shower unit and outside braai. A short walk away is the bathroom block & each camp has their own private bathrooms, no sharing ablutions.
Noy Noy TiPi
The exclusive TiPi camp, set in a private garden, sleeping a couple. The large TiPi tent includes a Double Bed, Linen & Towels provided. Kitchen equipped for a self-catering stay, wooden deck with hammocks, open air bath and shower.
Assegai House
Spacious 4 bedroom self-catering farmhouse, perfectly located in the foothills of the Langeberg Mountain Range. 2 Double rooms, 2 Single rooms, 2 bathrooms - one with bath and 2nd with shower.
Olea Cottage
A private & beautifully appointed cottage, perfectly positioned at the base of the Langeberg mountains. The extended upper deck & wood fired hot tub on the lower deck encourages outdoor living, and showcases the best that nature has to offer.
