Nosy Mangabe Campsite

Nosy Mangabe has sandy coves, marvelous trees with buttress roots and strangling fig trees. The nocturnal aye aye is the most famous of its resident wildlife but not to be missed is the leaf tailed gecko as well. You may also see the white fronted brown lemur and the black and white ruffed lemur as well as the wonderful green backed mantel frogs (who you will hear if you don’t see). The energetic visitor can climb up to the lighthouse which is the highest point on the island.
