Hotel Colbert

Le Hotel Colbert is nicely situated in the centre of town. Air-conditioned rooms offer ensuite facilities and comfortable furnishings including a mini bar and TV. The hotel has a bar and restaurant area. There are however a number of good restaurants in Diego Suarez and it is worth exploring some of these options. Diego Suarez, although in a state of decay, is an attractive city.

The colourful market is well worth a visit, there are also plenty of souvenir shops including stores specialising in semi precious stones. The harbour is worth a visit and if time allows there are a number of other full and half-day excursions around this area. Nightlife in Diego Suarez is good, there is a wide selection of bars, eateries and nightclubs. Although the hotel serves a good breakfast, there are also a number of excellent bakeries serving fresh baguettes and pain au chocolat.
