AVIMA Anjazafotsy

The Malagasy Hospitality Village Site is located in the heart of the town of Anjazafotsy which belongs to the Rural Municipality of Andranomafana, Madagascar. The accommodation can sleep a maximum of 16 people and its architecture takes its inspiration from the colonial times. The food is locally grown and prepared Malagasy cuisine and will either be served at the cottage or out on a picnic. There are various programs in place that allow guests to participate with farmers and artisans in their day to day work to not only learn new skills and appreciate their way of life but also to contribute to their daily living. There are also various traditions that guests can participate such as taking relaxing baths in the thermal kiosks. The locals will also be than willing and happy to give guests a tour of the town explaining the history, habits and customs. This is a once in a lifetime adventure for people who are very keen to explore the world.
