Our Standard Rooms offer a bathroom with a spacious shower, a ceiling fan, tea and coffee making facility, minibar, lounge, balcony or terrace.

Our Deluxe Bungalow rooms offer you an air condition, mosquito net, non-allergic bedding, telephone and WIFI access, hairdryer and body care products, room safe, makeup table, room service and wake-up service. The rooms are located in the bungalows and have a bathroom with spacious walk-in shower.

Additionally they are equipped with ceiling fan, plasma flat TV with 42-inch screens and multi-channel TV choice, tea and coffee making facility, minibar, lounge, balcony or terrace.

Our renovated Deluxe Rooms offer a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, a ceiling fan, tea and coffee making facility, minibar, lounge, balcony or terrace.

Besides the basic equipment of air condition, mosquito net, non-allergic bedding, telephone and WIFI access, hairdryer and body care products, room safe, makeup table, room service and wake-up service, the Junior Suite offer a sleeping room, separate lounge area with sofa bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower, walk-in closet, minibar, plasma flat TV with big screen and multi-channel TV choice, coffee and tea making facility as well as two balconies.

The Junior Suite offers room for either three adults or two adults with two children.

Besides our standard equipment of air condition, mosquito net, non-allergic bedding, telephone and WIFI access, hairdryer and body care products, room safe, makeup table, room service and wake-up service there is so much more waiting for you in our two Suites: The Kitani Suite with private garden directly at the ocean offers a spacious sleeping room with bathroom, double handwashing basin and bidet.

Additionally the living room is equipped with classy Lamu furniture, the Suite also offers a kitchenette with coffee and tea making facility a balcony and a terrace with sunloungers. On request you may also book a Comfort Class room with connecting door next to the Suite.

The Royal Suite with wonderful sea view offers a sleeping room with separate dressing room, a spacious living room with hand-made seating furniture and Lamu sofa bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower, double handwashing basin and bidet, kitchenette with coffee and tea making facilieties and a balcony with direct sea view.

The Suites can be booked by a maximum of two persons.

The Kisima Restaurant has been upgraded to reflect the high quality and service that Severin Sea Lodge has become famous for. It is open for buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner in the evening. Our dinners differ from set a la carte menus to themed buffet nights. Breakfast from 07.00 am until 10.00 am, lunch from 12.30 pm until 02.30 pm, dinner from 07.00 pm until 09.00 pm.

The Safari Bistro is situated next to the Safari Bar and has an Italian theme to its menu, specializing in pizza and pasta. Open for lunch and dinner, also serves late riser’s breakfast. The Safari Bistro also offers ice cream and pastries. Open from 10:00 am until 10:00 pm.

Our Imani Dhow is a so-called Zanzibar Jahazi that was built over 45 years ago. In the past it weighed about 90 tons and on its way between Zanzibar, Dar-es-Saalam, Tanja and Mombasa it transported diverse products like cotton or corn and many more. Under the skilled hands of her former Bajuni Crew of 16 sailors it became a just beautiful sailing ship.

Imani means "trust" and our dhow paid this trust back during her active years and survived all storms and dangers.

Today the Imani Dhow is home to our great kitchen crew who will enthuse you with culinary highlights. Here you will enjoy award-winning à la carte fish dishes, fine seafood in diverse variations and also international cuisine. A warm welcome aboard!
